1. Operator and Service

Asetral operates GetQRMenus as an independent online software studio. GetQRMenus enables hospitality venues to create, host, and share digital menus accessible via QR codes.

The service is currently directed primarily at businesses in Türkiye. We may expand availability in the future.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the venue you register. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

4. Venue Content

You retain ownership of menu content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergens, descriptions, and compliance of your menu with consumer and food-safety regulations applicable to your venue.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Resell or sublicense the platform except as expressly permitted.

6. Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be added, or discontinued. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

7. Fees

New venues receive a 7-day free trial starting from account creation. After the trial ends, continued access to your public menu requires an active paid plan.

GetQRMenus is offered as a rental, not a one-time purchase, billed for a period you choose (for example monthly, six-monthly, yearly, or two-yearly) rather than through automatic recurring card billing. To start or renew a paid plan, contact us using the details on this page or in the app; we do not currently charge cards automatically.

If a venue's trial ends without an active paid plan, or a subscription is not renewed, we may suspend public access to that venue's menu until payment is arranged. Suspension does not delete your account or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asetral shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if no fees were paid.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Turkish consumer or commercial law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
